ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Everyday Performance Feedback teaches leaders how to use feedback to set, clarify, and reinforce expectations and create alignment around objectives.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • A facilitated workshop of ~12 hours of diving into latest research combined with activities to reinforce concepts and examination of real-life case studies to create impactful learning experiences  

  • Participants will assemble a set of fit-for-purpose tools to use, whether a minor course correction is needed, or a more comprehensive change in direction or behavior is required.

  • The workshop provides participants with an opportunity to assess their personal communication style, consider how that supports or hinders how others receive their feedback and then practice. 

How it Works

Are you the leader of an organization looking to enhance the leadership skills of your team? This 2-day facilitated training creates an environment for participants at all levels of management to share collective knowledge and experience while utilizing curriculum to immediately be applied in the workplace.

 FAQs

  • Anyone in or pursuing a leadership role who is motivated to improve their focus and enable excellent execution.

  • No pre-requisite is mandatory, but past attendance in a class such as the Health and Safety Council's Foundational Leadership or another Fundamentals of Leadership class will be helpful. A basic understanding of active listening, the importance of asking questions, and situational leadership is assumed.

  • 2 days (12 hours total), but there is some flexibility for splitting up the 12 hour curriculum into smaller installments.
